This privacy policy describes how this application ("the App"), developed and operated by Purpuro Digital, accesses and uses Google user data

What the App does

The App is an internal automation tool used by Purpuro Digital to manage advertising campaign reporting. It reads and writes data in specific Google Sheets spreadsheets that Purpuro Digital owns and controls, for the purpose of importing advertising cost data and generating internal reports.

Google user data we access

The App requests access to Google Sheets data via the Google Sheets API. This access is limited to specific spreadsheets used for Purpuro Digital's internal reporting. The App does not access Gmail, Google Drive files outside of the specific spreadsheets it is configured to use, Google Contacts, or any other Google service or data type beyond what is described here.

How we use this data

Data accessed through the App is used solely for internal business purposes: importing advertising campaign cost data and generating consolidated reports. This data is not used for any purpose beyond that stated here.

Data sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share Google user data with third parties. Data accessed by the App is not transferred to any party outside of Purpuro Digital, except as required to provide the App's core functionality (for example, writing data into the Google Sheets spreadsheets it is configured to use).

Data retention and deletion

Data remains within the Google Sheets spreadsheets it is written to, under the account owner's control. The account owner can delete this data at any time by editing or deleting the relevant spreadsheet content. We do not maintain a separate copy of this data outside of Google's systems.

Data security

Access to the App and the data it processes is protected by Google's OAuth 2.0 authorization framework and a private access token used to authenticate requests between systems. Access is limited to authorized users designated by Purpuro Digital.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
